30. הודעה על תוצאות ההצעה
תוך שבעה ימים לאחר תום התקופה להגשת הזמנות או לאחר קביעת חלוקת ניירות הערך כאמור בסעיף 27(ב) חייב המציע להודיע לרשות על תוצאות ההצעה שבתשקיף, לפי הפרטים שנקבעו בתקנות.
