35יב6. כינוס אסיפת מחזיקים על ידי בית המשפט
תיקון: תשע״ב־5
(א)לא התקיימה אסיפת מחזיקים כאמור בסעיף 35ב(א1) או בסעיף 35יב1, רשאי בית המשפט, לבקשת מחזיק בתעודות התחייבות, להורות על כינוסה.
(ב)הורה בית המשפט כאמור, יישא הנאמן בהוצאות סבירות שהוציא המבקש בהליך בבית המשפט, כפי שקבע בית המשפט.
