35יב7. הודעה על אסיפת מחזיקים ותוכנה
תיקון: תשע״ב־5
(א)הודעה על אסיפת מחזיקים תפורסם לפי הוראות פרק ז׳1, ותימסר למנפיק כאמור בסעיף 35ח1(ד) ו־(ה).
(ב)ההודעה תכלול את סדר היום, ההחלטות המוצעות וכן הסדרים לעניין הצבעה בכתב לפי הוראות סעיף 35יב3.
