35יח. קביעת בורסה בתוספת השלישית
תיקון: תש״ס־3
שר האוצר רשאי, על פי הצעת הרשות או בהתייעצות עמה, ובאישור ועדת הכספים של הכנסת, לקבוע בתוספת השלישית בורסה בחו״ל שאינה מנויה בתוספת השניה, אם מצא שכלליה והדין החל על תאגידים שהואגדו בישראל, שניירות ערך שלהם רשומים למסחר בה, בתוספת פרטים נוספים שייכללו במסמך הרישום כפי שייקבעו בהתאם להוראות סעיף 35כ(א)(2), מבטיחים די הצורך את עניניו של ציבור המשקיעים בישראל.
