תיקון: תש״ס־3
רישום למסחר בבורסה, של ניירות ערך של תאגיד חוץ, יכול שיהא על פי מסמך רישום בהתאם להוראות פרק זה, אם ניירות הערך שמבקש התאגיד לרשום רשומים למסחר בבורסה בחו״ל במשך תקופה שקבע שר האוצר; שר האוצר רשאי לקבוע תקופות שונות או שלא לקבוע תקופה, לפי בורסות בחו״ל ולפי שווי ניירות הערך של התאגיד.
