50ב12. ועדת תגמול
תיקון: תשע״ז־3
(א)הדירקטוריון ימנה מבין חבריו ועדת תגמול שתמלא את התפקידים המנויים בסעיף 118ב לחוק החברות.
(ב)הוראות סעיף 50ב11(ב) עד (ד) ו־(ו) יחולו לעניין ועדת התגמול, בשינויים המחויבים.
(ג)הדירקטוריון רשאי לקבוע כי ועדת ביקורת תשמש גם ועדת תגמול.
