השר יקבע הוראות לעניין הכשרה מעשית, תקופתה וסדריה, ורשאי הוא לקבוע כללים, תנאים והוראות למתן פטור מחובת הכשרה מעשית, לרבות מתן פטור לבעלי תואר אקדמי שנכללת בו הכשרה מעשית כחלק מתכנית הלימודים.
