19. תפקידי הוועדה המייעצת
(א)הוועדה המייעצת תייעץ לשר, בין השאר, בנושאים אלה:
(1)קביעת פעולות ייחודיות;
(2)הכשרה מעשית;
(3)בחינות;
(4)תחומי מומחיות במקצועות הבריאות;
(5)הגבלת פרסומת;
(6)כללי אתיקה לבעלי תעודה במקצועות הבריאות.
(ב)הוועדה המייעצת תייעץ למנהל, בין השאר, בנושאים אלה:
(1)הכרה בתארים שניתנו על ידי מוסדות להשכלה גבוהה בחוץ לארץ;
(2)פיקוח על בעלי תעודה במקצועות הבריאות.
