20. סדרי עבודת הוועדה המייעצת
תיקון: תשפ״ג־2
(א)המניין החוקי בישיבות הוועדה המייעצת הוא רוב חבריה ובהם יושב ראש הוועדה המייעצת.
(ב)החלטות הוועדה המייעצת יתקבלו ברוב דעות החברים המשתתפים והמצביעים בישיבה; היו הדעות שקולות, תכריע דעתו של יושב ראש הוועדה המייעצת.
(ג)הוועדה המייעצת תקבע את דרכי עבודתה ואת סדרי דיוניה אם לא נקבעו לפי חוק זה; דרכי עבודת הוועדה המייעצת וסדרי דיוניה יפורסמו באתר האינטרנט של משרד הבריאות.
