44. הפסקת החברות בלשכת עורכי הדין
תיקון: תשפ״ה
נוטריון שנתקיימה בו אחת מאלה:
(1)חברותו בלשכת עורכי הדין הופסקה מכוח האמור בסעיף 52א לחוק הלשכה;
(2)הגביל את חברותו בלשכת עורכי הדין כאמור בסעיף 52ב לחוק הלשכה;
(3)חברותו בלשכת עורכי הדין הושעתה, לפי סעיף 49 לחוק הלשכה;
(4)הושעה זמנית לפי סעיף 78 לחוק הלשכה;
יהא תוקף רשיונו מותלה כל עוד ההפסקה, הגבלת החברות או ההשעיה בעינן עומדות, וכל עוד לא התקיים האמור בסעיף 44א(ב).
