12. תגמול ששולם ביתר
שולם לנכה תגמול למעלה מן המגיע לו, רשאית הרשות המוסמכת לעכב מתגמוליו, בשיעור שאינו עולה על מחצית התגמול המשתלם לו, עד כדי הסכום ששולם למעלה מן המגיע.
