13. הזמן לגביית תגמול
נכה שלא גבה תגמול תוך שנתיים מיום שהתגמול הוצע לתשלום, פקעה זכותו לקבלו, אלא אם כן הורתה הרשות המוסמכת הוראה אחרת.
