22. עבירות
תיקון: תשכ״ט, תשל״ז, תשע״ו־2
(א)המוסר ביודעין לרשות המוסמכת, לוועדה הרפואית, לוועדה הרפואית לערעורים או לוועדת עררים ידיעה כוזבת בפרט שיש לו חשיבות לענין, דינו – מאסר ששה חדשים.
(ב)מי שלא קיים את המוטל עליו בסעיף 3ב, דינו – קנס אלף לירות.
(ג)מי שגבה שכר טרחה העולה על שכר הטרחה שמותר לו לקבלו בהתאם להוראות לפי סעיף 22א, דינו – קנס כאמור בסעיף 61(א)(3) לחוק העונשין, התשל״ז–1977.
