3ב. חובת מתן הודעה
תיקון: תשכ״ט, תשל״ז
(א)מי שהגיש תביעה לפיצוי חייב להודיע על כך בכתב לרשות המוסמכת תוך שלושה חדשים מיום הגשת התביעה לרפובליקה הפדראלית של גרמניה.
(ב)מי שאושרה תביעתו לפיצוי חייב להודיע על כך לרשות המוסמכת בכתב תוך שלושה חדשים מיום שהודע לו דבר האישור.
