3א. תביעה לפיצוי ממקור אחר
תיקון: תשכ״ט, תשל״ג, תשל״ז
מי שהגיש לרפובליקה הפדראלית של גרמניה תביעה לתגמול, לקיצבה או לפיצוי אחר בגלל נכותו משום שבזמן מן הזמנים היה משתייך לחוג השפה והתרבות הגרמנית, לא יחדל, מטעם זה בלבד, להיות נכה לפי חוק זה; לתגמול, קיצבה או פיצוי אחר שנתבעו או שאושרו בתביעה כאמור ייקרא להלן ”פיצוי“.
