43. מחיר קניה ומחיר מכירה של נכסי קרן
תיקון: תשס״א
(א)מחיר הקניה ומחיר המכירה של נכסי קרן פתוחה יחושבו על ידי מנהל הקרן על פי השווי הנקי של נכסי הקרן.
(ב)שר האוצר רשאי לקבוע בתקנות הוראות בדבר דרך קביעת שווי נכסי קרן פתוחה, ודרך חישוב מחיר הקניה ומחיר המכירה של נכסי הקרן.
