31. האזנת סתר
(א)ביקשה מדינה אחרת לבצע האזנת סתר בקשר לענין פלילי המתנהל באותה מדינה, רשאית הרשות המוסמכת לבקש צו מבית משפט מחוזי לענין זה בהתאם להוראות חוק האזנת סתר, התשל״ט–1979.
(ב)לא תבקש הרשות המוסמכת צו להאזנת סתר אלא בקשר לאחד מאלה:
(1)עבירה שלפי דיני המדינה המבקשת דינה מאסר העולה על שלוש שנים;
(2)עבירה שאילו נעברה בישראל היה ניתן להתיר בשלה האזנת סתר;
(3)לחילוט רכוש כאמור בסימן 6.
