32. בקשת מידע של מדינה אחרת
(א)ביקשה מדינה אחרת לקבל מידע בקשר לענין פלילי באותה מדינה, המידע נמצא בידי רשות ציבורית בישראל, והמידע הוא מסוג מידע שניתן להעביר לרשות ציבורית אחרת בישראל, רשאית הרשות המוסמכת להורות שהמידע יועבר למטרה זו.
(ב)העברת מידע כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), יכול שתהא גם לפי יוזמה של הרשות המוסמכת.
