45. הרשות המוסמכת להגיש בקשה לעזרה משפטית
(א)הרשות המוסמכת להגיש בקשה לעזרה משפטית מטעם מדינת ישראל הוא היועץ המשפטי לממשלה (להלן – הרשות).
(ב)היועץ המשפטי לממשלה רשאי לאצול את סמכותו לפי סעיף זה לעובד ציבור שהואצלה לו סמכות לפי סעיף 3(ג).
