46. המצאת מסמך משפטי במדינה אחרת
(א)הרשות המשפטית רשאית לבקש המצאה של מסמך משפטי לאדם הנמצא במדינה אחרת.
(ב)הומצא לאדם במדינה אחרת מסמך משפטי הקשור לענין פלילי, אין בהמצאה כדי להטיל על האדם חובה על פי הדין בישראל אם הוא אינו נענה לאמור במסמך, אלא אם כן נכנס האדם לישראל והומצא לו המסמך מחדש.
