48. שימוש ייחודי בראיות
הגישה מדינת ישראל בקשה לעזרה משפטית, בקשר לענין פלילי, אין להשתמש בראיות או במידע שהתקבלו, אלא בענין הפלילי שלגביו הם התקבלו; שימוש בראיות או במידע לצורך ענין פלילי אחר, טעון אישור מראש של המדינה המתבקשת.
