49. התייצבות לעדות בישראל
הרשות רשאית לבקש ממדינה אחרת, שתעשה סידורים כדי לאפשר את התייצבותו בישראל של אדם הנמצא באותה מדינה לצורך הליך משפטי המתנהל בישראל, לשם מתן עדות, זיהוי או עימות או כדי לקחת חלק בפעולת חקירה אחרת.
