הוזמן אדם להתייצב בהליך משפטי בישראל לפי סעיף 49, יחולו לגביו, בשינויים המחויבים, הוראות סעיף 26(א)(1) ו־(3) והמדינה תישא בהוצאות האמורות בסעיף 26(א)(4).
