יועץ השקעות לא יפרסם בכלי התקשורת, בחוזר, באמצעות דואר, דואר אלקטרוני, פקסימיליה, אינטרנט או בכל אמצעי אחר, את דבר עיסוקו בייעוץ השקעות בנוגע לנכסים פיננסיים שלגוף מוסדי מסוים יש זיקה אליהם.
