משווק השקעות מנהל תיקים שהוא תאגיד קשור לגוף מוסדי או למשווק ומנהל תיקים העוסק בשיווק השקעות לא ישתמשו במילה ”ייעוץ“ או בכל מילה הנגזרת ממנה, בשם שבו הם מנהלים את עסקיהם או בפרסום מטעמם.
