תיקון: תשפ״ג־2
נכה בעל דרגת נכות מיוחדת שנקבעה לפי כללים שפורטו בתקנות, תשולם לו, כל עוד הוא בעל דרגת נכות כאמור, תוספת של 40% לתגמולו.
