12. הגדרות
תיקון: תשס״ב, תשע״ב, תשע״ח־4, ק״ת תשפ״ב
בפרק זה –
”הממונה“ – כל אחד מאלה:
(1)הממונה כהגדרתו בסעיף 11יג;
(2)לענין פרק ד׳ – המנהל כהגדרתו בפקודת מס הכנסה;
(3)עובד של כל אחד מהמנויים בפסקאות (1) ו־(2) שהם הסמיכו להיות ממונה לענין פרק זה;
”ועדה“ – ועדה להטלת עיצום כספי לפי פרק זה.
