14. עיצום כספי על הפרת חובה לפי סעיפים 7 עד 8ב
תיקון: תשע״ב, תשע״ז־4, תשע״ח־2
(א)מצאה ועדה כי אדם הפר הוראות לפי סעיפים 7, 7א, 8א או 8ב, רשאית היא להטיל עליו, ואם הוא מועסק על ידי תאגיד – על התאגיד, עיצום כספי בשיעור שלא יעלה על פי עשרה מהקנס הקבוע בסעיף 61(א)(4) לחוק העונשין.
(ב)מצאה ועדה כי תאגיד לא מינה אחראי למילוי החובות כאמור בסעיף 8(א) או 8א(ו), לפי העניין, רשאית היא להטיל על התאגיד עיצום כספי בשיעור שלא יעלה על הקנס הקבוע בסעיף 61(א)(4) לחוק העונשין.
