15. עיצום כספי על הפרת חובה לפי סעיף 9
תיקון: תשע״ח־4, ק״ת תשפ״ב
(א)מצאה ועדה כי אדם הפר חובת דיווח לפי הוראות סעיף 9, רשאית היא להטיל עליו עיצום כספי בשיעור שלא יעלה על מחצית הקנס הקבוע בסעיף 61(א)(4) לחוק העונשין או עד פי חמישה מהסכום שלא דווח עליו, לפי הסכום הגבוה יותר.
(א1)(פקע).
(ב)הוטל על אדם עיצום כספי לפי סעיף זה והוא שילם אותו, לא יוגש נגדו כתב אישום בשל ההפרה שבשלה הוטל העיצום הכספי.
