14. ועדת דירוג
(א)דירוג ייקבע על ידי חברת הדירוג באמצעות ועדות אשר ימונו על ידה (בחוק זה – ועדת הדירוג).
(ב)ועדת הדירוג תהיה בת שלושה חברים לפחות, ואחד מהם יהיה יושב ראש הוועדה.
(ג)מי שאינו רשאי להשתתף בהליך דירוג לא ישתתף בדיוניה ולא ישפיע בדרך אחרת על החלטותיה.
(ד)משתתף בהליך דירוג יהיה בעל כישורים וניסיון הדרושים לשם מילוי תפקידו.
