15. בחינת הדירוג ועדכונו
(א)חברת דירוג תקבע ותפרסם נהלים בעניינים המפורטים להלן, ותפעל לפיהם:
(1)תדירות הבחינה והעדכון התקופתיים של דירוג, שלא תפחת מפעם בשנה;
(2)הבחינה והעדכון של דירוג בעקבות סוגי אירועים הנוגעים לתאגיד המדורג או למכשיר הפיננסי שנקבע לגביו דירוג.
(ב)הרשות רשאית לקבוע הוראות בדבר בחינה ועדכון של דירוגים בידי חברות דירוג כאמור בסעיף קטן (א).
