לענין פקודת מס הכנסה יראו את המוסדות כמוסדות ציבוריים למטרת חינוך ותרבות ונכסי המקרקעין שלהם ועסקאותיהם בנכסים כאלה יהיו פטורים מכל מס, אגרה ותשלום חובה אחר המשתלמים למדינה ולרשויות מקומיות.
