8. מקומו ותכולתו
(א)המכון יהיה בשדה בוקר ויכיל את הצריף ששימש למגוריו של דוד בן־גוריון בקיבוץ שדה בוקר ואת ספרייתו במקום שהיתה בעת פטירתו.
(ב)המכון יכיל גם ארכיון ומרכז למחקר להוראה ולכינוסים.
