108ג. עובד ביטחון חדש
תיקון: תשס״ד־2
הוראות חוק זה לא יחולו על עובד ביטחון חדש, ואולם –
(1)הוראות סעיפים 63ז עד 63יב יחולו על עובד חדש בשירותי הביטחון, אלא אם כן נקבעו הוראות אחרות בענינים האמורים באותם סעיפים בתקנות לפי סעיף 108ז;
(2)יחולו עליו הוראות סימן זה.
