63ז. דין נכה
תיקון: תשמ״ז, תשע״ז
(א)חוק הנכים יחול על עובד שירותי הבטחון, בתיאומים ובשינויים שנקבעו בסעיף קטן (ב) וביתר הוראות פרק זה.
(ב)לענין סעיף קטן (א), כל מקום בחוק הנכים שמדובר בו בחייל שהוא חייל בשירות קבע, בשירות או בשירות צבאי, ייקרא כאילו מדובר בעובד שירותי הבטחון או בשירות בשירותי הבטחון, הכל לפי הענין.
