58. העברת זכות לקצבה
תיקון: תשל״ג־5, תשע״ד־3
(א)חלק הקצבּה שאינו עולה על סכום שנקבע לענין סעיף 8(א) לחוק הגנת השכר, תשי״ח–1958, או מחצית הקצבּה – הכל לפי הסכום הגבוה יותר, לא יהא ניתן לעיקול, להעברה או לשעבוד אלא לשם תשלום מזונות.
(ב)”הקצבּה“, לענין סעיף קטן (א) – הקצבּה שהיתה מגיעה אילולא הוראות סעיפים 32, 33 ו־35.
