63י. זכויות יתר
תיקון: תשמ״ז
כל חיקוק המעניק או הנותן סמכות להעניק זכות יתר, פטור, שחרור מלא או חלקי מחובה המוטלת על פי דין או עדיפות או זכות אחרת, הניתנים לחייל נכה כמשמעותו בחוק הנכים או לבן משפחה של חייל שנספה כמשמעותו בחוק משפחות החיילים, רואים אותו כמעניק או כנותן סמכות להעניק אותם גם לעובד שירותי הבטחון שהוא נכה או לבן משפחה של עובד שירותי הבטחון שנספה.
