63יז. עדכון המשכורת הקובעת
תיקון: תשע״א
סעיף 9 ייקרא, לגבי עובד הרשות, כאילו אחרי סעיף קטן (א) בא:
”(א1)פרש עובד הרשות מהשירות עד יום כ״ב בתמוז התשע״ג (30 ביוני 2013), תעודכן משכורתו הקובעת במועדים המפורטים בתוספת החמישית החלים לאחר מועד פרישתו, בשיעורים החלים לגביו בתוספת האמורה בהתאם למועד תחילת שירותו ברשות, נוסף על עדכונים לפי סעיף קטן (א).“.
