תיקון: תשע״א
סעיף 11(4) ייקרא, לגבי עובד הרשות, כאילו במקום ”המשכורות שהיו מגיעות לעובד אילולא נעדר“ בא ”המשכורות הקובעות שלפיהן היתה משולמת לעובד קצבה אילולא נעדר מהשירות והיה פורש מהשירות באותו מועד“.
