88. תנאי הסכם מיוחד
תיקון: תשל״ג־5
לא יתקשר שר האוצר בהסכם מיוחד לפי סעיפים 85 או 86 אלא בהסכמת העובד שההסכם חל עליו, והוא יקבע בתקנות את התנאים שבהם מותר להתקשר בהסכמים כאמור, ובלבד שלא יתנה על הסכמת העובד.
