תיקון: תשל״ג־5
בפרק זה –
”ארגון ציבורי“ – (נמחקה);
”מוסד מוּכר“ – מוסד או ארגון שהממשלה אישרה אותו כמוסד מוּכר לענין פרק זה, באשר תפקידיו, כולם או מקצתם, הפכו לשירות משירותי המדינה, ולרבות חלק מגוף כאמור;
”שירות צבאי“ – שירות כמשמעותו בחוק הנכים, למעט שירות חלקי כמשמעותו בחוק החיילים המשוחררים.
