34ז. דיווח לממשלה ולכנסת
תיקון: תשפ״ב
(א)לא יאוחר מ־30 במאי בכל שנה, ימסור השר לממשלה ולוועדת הכספים דיווח מפורט על יישום הוראות סימן זה, לרבות פרטים לעניין הקרן הייעודית להשלמת תשואה לפי סעיף 34ה, ואם נדרשות התאמות בשיעורי התקצוב כאמור בסעיף 34ה(ג) (בסעיף זה – הדיווח).
(ב)ועדת הכספים תקיים דיון בדיווח.
(ג)השר יפרסם את הדיווח באתר האינטרנט של משרד האוצר.
