35. דיווח לעמיתים
חברה מנהלת תשלח לעמיתים בקופת גמל שבניהולה דוחות תקופתיים ודוחות נוספים, שבהם ייכללו הפרטים שעליהם יורה הממונה, באופן, במועדים ולתקופות שיורה; על דוחות כאמור יחולו הוראות סעיף 42 לחוק הפיקוח על הביטוח, בשינויים המחויבים.
