85. מבטחים וסוכנים קיימים
(א)חברה או אגודה שיתופית שהתאגדה בישראל, ואשר ערב תחילתו של חוק זה (להלן – יום התחילה) עסקה כדין כמבטח – זכאית לרשיון מבטח ישראלי.
(ב)תאגיד חוץ רשום בישראל אשר ערב יום התחילה עסק כדין בישראל כמבטח – זכאי לרשיון מבטח חוץ.
(ג)יחיד שערב יום התחילה עסק כדין כסוכן ביטוח – זכאי לרשיון סוכן יחיד.
(ד)תאגיד שערב יום התחילה עסק כדין כסוכן ביטוח – זכאי לרשיון סוכן תאגיד.
