90. אגודה שאינה עוסקת בביטוח חיים
אגודה שיתופית שתקנותיה אוסרות עליה עיסוק בביטוח חיים או ביטוח גימלה, שעל פי הכללים היתה פטורה מהוראות החוק הקודם, זכאית להיתר להמשיך ולעסוק בביטוח ולא יחולו עליה הוראות סימן ג׳ לפרק ג׳ וסעיף 35, כל עוד מתקיים בה התנאי האמור.
