על קופת חולים כהגדרתה בחוק ביטוח בריאות ממלכתי, התשנ״ד–1994, לא יחולו הוראות חוק זה לענין שירותים רפואיים שהיא נותנת לפי החוק האמור לרבות שירותים נוספים בהתאם לסעיף 10 בחוק האמור.
