קרא יושב ראש הישיבה לחבר הכנסת להצהיר אמונים והצהיר חבר הכנסת שלא כלשון החוק, יקבע היושב ראש שחבר הכנסת לא הצהיר אמונים ויחולו לגביו הוראות סעיף 16 לחוק־יסוד: הכנסת, כאילו לא הצהיר אמונים.
