11. שינויים בביוב
התקנת ביוב וכל שינוי בו, וכן סתימתו או הריסתו, ייעשו באופן שלא יהא בהם משום מפגע ציבורי או משום סכנה לבריאות הציבור ובהתאם לדרישות רשות הבריאות.
