43. איסור הזרמת חמרים מזיקים
המניח ביודעין שחומר מוצק או נוזל יישפך מנכס שבבעלותו, בפיקוחו או בהחזקתו לביוב בדרך העלולה לחסום את הזרם התקין של מי הביוב או לגרום נזק לביוב, דינו – קנס חמש מאות לירות וקנס נוסף של חמישים לירות לכל יום שבו נמשכת העבירה אחרי מסירת התראה מטעם ראש המועצה, וכן חייב הוא לפצות את הרשות המקומית בעד כל נזק שגרם לה על ידי עבירתו.
