44. איסור הזרמת מי גשמים
המניח ביודעין שמי גשמים יישפכו לביב בלי היתר בכתב מראש המועצה, דינו – קנס שלוש מאות לירות וקנס נוסף של שלושים לירות לכל יום שבו נמשכת העבירה אחרי מסירת התראה מטעם ראש המועצה.
